I was ready for shipping to be some drawn-out headache like it usually is, but my Roofnest showed up way faster than I thought it would. The delivery guy was actually helpful too, which was a nice surprise. The box wasn’t beat up or damaged, and tracking it was easy enough the whole way. For once, the whole process was just smooth and didn’t give me anything to complain about.

It rained and got really windy all night, but everything stayed dry with no leaks at all. I was kinda surprised how well it held up in rough weather...

I wasn’t trying to overcomplicate things or spend extra on something I didn’t need, so I went with this and it bolted right on. Fit my Subaru just fine, no drama, and that’s all I was looking for

Overall, it’s been durable and held up okay with regular use. That said, it did pick up some scuffs sooner than I expected, which was a little annoying. Not a dealbreaker, but definitely something to note, it’s sturdy, just not exactly SCUFF-PROOF.

First time using my Roofnest I thought it was gonna be kind of a whole production, but nope, it popped open easy. I did fumble with the straps for a few mins, just figuring out what went where, but nothing too annoying.

Packing it back up was better than I expected too. Main thing was just tucking the fabric in the right way so it didn’t get all bunched up, and after that it closed up fine.
After one run through it already felt simple. Super nice when you roll into camp late and just dont wanna mess with a bunch of setup stuff...

I needed a couple replacement parts for my Roofnest, including a ladder. i’m kind of worn out from having to deal with customer service stuff lately, but this was straightforward. The replacement ladder fit fine and showed up after a few days, so no real complaints.

It did take one extra email to get the final answer, so it wasn’t totally seamless, kind of like when you get most of the info but still need that last little detail, but overall it was a good experience...
